I’ve been working in the data industry for over 10 years now and in that time I’ve built data teams, hired juniors and progressed them in their careers and also mentored data engineers across the globe.

I am truly passionate about building the careers of data engineers. I’ve talked to many people who are stuck in their career and can’t seem to find a way forward. They often face the same challenges across the board and many of these challenges are easy to overcome with the right tools.
